Introduction in Meditation

Meditation is simple. You can meditate everywhere in every situation. While walking, at work, while waiting for the bus, while doing sports, at yoga or before going to bed. The best way to start your Meditation is sitting comfortable in a quite place cross-legged with a straight back on a meditation cushion if you prefer. In the beginning start your first meditation sessions for about 10-20 minutes – thats enough.

Meditation itself is to calm your mind while concentrating mentally at one point. In this moment your focus is pointed at your center where you will find creativity, joy and bliss.
